Reply from Buster + Punch Updated Jun 9, 2023 As this particular project is phased - we are working with B + P to ensure our remaining orders & installations run smoothly & I will follow up on this review with a take away of the overall experience once the dust settles. B + P customer service tells me this is due to a quality control issue with just the CAST line that is being rectified but it will take another 3-4 months to resolve since the replacement items have to be newly fabricated. We've waited over 9 months for our overall order to trickle in & are still waiting for a CAST toilet paper holder & 2 CAST towel bars. I've been in touch with B+P Customer Service & they are working on a 4-way dimmer option. The dimmers being sold currently do not work with 4-way switching. Note that the dimmers can only handle 150w max LED load so it's necessary to limit the number of lights wired to a single dimmer switch. I'm a designer & my client has replaced all of his switches, outlets, cabinet hardware, & bath accessories with Buster + Punch products. Reply from Buster + Punch Updated 14 hours ago I am highly disspapointed, still are missing the handles and the credit promised for the handles has still not been returned to us. When those handles came in stock, they were not dispatched to us as promised and those went out of stock again! Long story but overall my point here is that dealing with backorders, items missing from orders etc is a nightmare and take way too many hours from your workweek to be worth it. I was told I was given credit for those handles, but I was not. Once I finally got someone to help and stay on top of this, months later she is no longer with the company. Then you also get constantly transfered as UK cannot see US orders, this department cannot see this, that department cannot see that, and so on. Now this came after many phone calls to customer service as you don't really get an email that something is out of stock on your order. I was told not to cancel the 3 sets of handles but to wait as we were first ones to receive them since we paid for them already. There were few door handles on backorder but due to come in in May 2023. We made 3 orders of roughly $10k in hardware for an entire duplex apartment. Unfortunately as an interior designer for many years and a business owner, I am highly dissapointed with the B&P customer services and handling of orders.
